Vulnerability Reporting Targets
Vulnerability reports are applicable to our industrial Raspberry Pi products and OEM products.
Discontinued products and products for which support has been terminated will not be included.
3. Responding to reported vulnerability information
We will contact you within 5 business days* after receiving your vulnerability report to the email address or phone number you provided in the report form.
After that, our department in charge will review the report and contact you separately.
If the vulnerability is confirmed to exist, we will adjust the time frame for correction and disclosure of the vulnerability.
*Please note that it may take a few days during our company’s holidays, such as the year-end and New Year holidays.
Please note that we do not offer a bug bounty. No reward will be offered regardless of the content of your report. Please be aware of this.
